Development of extraction methods for purifying peptides and proteins from plasma and serum matrices for mass spectrometric analysis. Moved to Cambridge University to set up the peptidomics facility in the Annexe, running a nano flow and high flow rate system linked to a Q-Exactive plus for peptide analysis. The aim of the service is to support the MRL and other groups within Cambridge and further afield with peptidomics studies.
