The Cambridge Area Sequencing Informatics Meeting (CASIM) is an annual opportunity for people in the Cambridge area who work on high-throughput sequence data to pool their experience and discuss technical issues and ideas. The meeting is founded on a high level of interaction between attendees as well as formal talks, and has proven to be a very successful format.
This year the meeting will be held on Wednesday 18th March in the Centre for Mathematical Sciences and, once again, we’re looking to extend the level of audience participation: several sessions will incorporate input from you the attendees: see the link for input on the registration page below.
Bring your experiences, and benefit from the combined experience of the Cambridge sequencing community.
