Implicit or unconscious bias is the hot topic for individuals and organisations trying to understand how our biases influence the decisions we make. Professor Jennifer Saul, University of Sheffield, is a leading researcher in this area and will deliver an insightful and interactive session.
Course Aims:
• Introduce implicit or unconscious bias;
• Provide participants with an opportunity to explore their unconscious biases;
• Develop an action plan to manage the impact of these biases
