Research
I'm interested in the connection between nutrient derived metabolites and their influence on liver metabolism. To investigate this, I'm using a liver cell line as well as mouse models to determine changes in liver metabolism upon different feeding states, by measurement of transcriptional changes and acyl-CoA and polar metabolomics by LC-MS.
